The latest update is amateurish at best. Text overlays selection boxes. Graphs and data information that previously worked now returns error messages. most irritating is my journal entries since the upgrade have disappeared and can no longer be found. I don't mind paying for an app that works but I'm extremely dissatisfied with having a working app I paid stop functioning because some programmers don't have a clue how to code and test the application. It's not even worth 1 star anymore. Edited

Update: Ordered a gift over a month ago,and no word at all. Email has gone unanswered. I like the app it's been beneficial to my mental health. That said I felt a little slighted when the changed the available free rewards to basically charity donations or a box where you can get randomly either a personalized letter (that is far from) or a pen pal. The paid for version has rewards that can easily outvalue to monthly price. However, until recently,it wasn't an option for me financially. Edited

Absolutely love this! Worth every penny for the subscription. I really wish rogue mode could be saved, I actually get great inspirational feedback on projects I'm working on. It would also be nice if I could track the number of smokes I have each day in the addiction recovery tool, as I'm cutting back, so I could see if I'm doing as well as I think I am, rather than just the options of "I resisted" or "I did not resist" But overall, it's a gem 💎 ✨️ 💖

It's a good checklist of things to do daily to help your overall mood. Trying to reach anyone in the company about I.T. issues or rewards being mailed is a nightmare. The daily habits was finally reset after 3 months of emailing them. I still haven't received some of my reward that I claimed in November. I was told they would be resent, I waited until the end of January and was told that one item of mine was sent with a Amazon picture of it being delivered, the others? Nope.

I had doubts about this being helpful. Some features are limited (you can't verbalize in your own words, but have to select from options). I tried it a few times, but it just felt like one more task to check off each day. Tried it again recently and stumbled on the EMDR for handling traumatic memories - really felt like it helped. I would love for the app to have something like that for handling stressful events in the present. Definitely recommend this for managing/improving mental health!!
