Thank you for your feedback. The Network unlock app for ATT provides an eligibility check and IMEI unlock service, both of which require a paid process. The fee covers verification, processing, and supplier costs.

Scam, scam, scam. Used free version, got an email but no unlock. Paid for premium, got an email, no unlock. Sent email 2 times, no response. Did not do what they promised, false advertising on the time it takes to unlock, they do not refund even if your phone is not unlocked. After going thru the reviews, they have a lot of bots putting up positive posts that are false. Worst way I've thrown money and time away. Edited

I've been waiting week for the Premium Unlock and it's still "reprocessing". The order status states that it should have taken 1 to 2 days. If they can't deliver in the stated time period the should call it a failure and issue a refund. I wouldn't call this service reliable at all.

took my money didn't deliver. paid the 2.99 and all I got was a message saying I tried to unlock my phone too many times try again in 24 hours. it's been over 24 hours and they want to charge me again. I'll just buy an unlocked phone at this point as it would be cheaper in the long run.
