Like others say, it just shows a blank screen that flashes between white and black, like it's in an endless loop of trying to reopen and failing. Made the mistake of trying to reinstall, now it wants a serial number and pre-authorization from the security center... All because I need THIS app to generate a code for another bank app! But since I can't get this to work, I can't use the other bank app either! And I see that the problems with this app were reported long ago but haven't been fixed.

MUST HAVE A LOCKSCREEN FOR IT TO WORK: The app works well on my android now. However, it was a pain to install it and make it work at the beginning due to lack of instructions. You MUST have a LOCKSCREEN on your phone that is not just a simple swipe. Otherwise, this app will not work or fail to launch ( blank screen, spinning etc). I don't like lockscreens but I had to add a pattern lockscreen for the app to work. Edited

Pretty reliable and quick, but the most recent version is buggier. Sometimes it will come up with an invalid security code and I'll have to generate another after falling to get access. Approved login requests don't always worth their way through the system in time, although I can't say that's the app's fault. Also, please don't change the look and feel. I need this app to have as little cognitive load as possible, so it's a drag when it changes appearance or behavior.

Been using it for 4 months and and usually at least one significant function is not working (galaxy note 8). A few months ago biometrics didn't work. They fixed it with their next update, which I didn't have problems with, but then responding to pushes stopped working so I can only sign in with security code. I allow the app to auto update and over thanksgiving week the app blew away my profile (I did not reinstall or clear app cache) so I couldn't work for a couple days. Get a fob ALSO. Edited

It works, but it is never bug-free. They resolved the double-authentication-required issue, but now you get "we're sorry, we weren't able to complete your request. Please try again" on every approved login. Do you guys even use your own system to see this stuff? How does this happen for multiple users in PROD for this long without being fixed? *Edit. 8 mos later, it's fixed. Inexcusable time frame, but at least they finally got to it. Edited
