the app won't let you alphabetically input your services, when you put no timeout it auto puts it back to 15 minutes, have to log in every time for purchase which is annoying and inconvenient, tech support has long wait times of being on hold, the 6 digit pin is too long a 4 or less is preferred as the biometrics doesn't always work. Not user-friendly.

Horrible. Can't alphabetize items entered. Not in items or in categories (over 400 items entered), unable to search for specific items past a few entered characters. Have to continually re-pair the CC reader. Have had cards denied due to no signature. Tech support more worried about identity of who their talking to them the problem you are having. Tech support continually putting caller on hold. Losing sales while talking to tech support. Going to be switching after less than a month

Received this less than a month ago, worked for a week, and stopped. Support says they are working on a fix, but really, how should a business operate. Oh, and they told me to enter cards manually for now. So I pay more in fees, no thank you.

Very easy to use secure to the T. Accept all major credit cards adds your taxes for your sales. Easy to set up. Business runs smoother using it.

Ok, Android user, must have device fully charged,, BOA guy walked me through this, very helpful, before I spoke to him, I was on hold for 1 hour 8 minutes, but once explained and taking notes, all is great.
