Comprehensive but super slow. You can track your expenses, upload receipts, reimburse yourself, and contribute funds but everything takes forever. Sometimes it takes so long to load that you think it's stuck. Uploading a receipt and then adding a label to that receipt for instance can take several minutes because you have to wait for it to load. Edited

Good feature ideas, horrible authentication process. You have to answer all three security questions every time you log in, even with fingerprint login! This is so non-industry standard. I searched the reviews and this issues goes back at least to 2021, so clearly BOA has no intention of fixing it. Uninstalling, won't use the app in its current state.

Edit: the app finally updated after 2-3 weeks. Everything appears to be functioning again. Google play store indicated there was an update. Update fails each time and now the app no longer works. You have to grant alot of access to your phone records just to report the issue and il not comfortable granting that much access. I uninstalled the app and now I can no longer reinstall. I wanted to give 0/5 stars but that isn't allowed. Edited

I have to use the app because of HSA. It is one of a few apps that is not compatible with 1password. Even worse, it does not allow paste when setting a password. This makes it very difficult to setup a long random strong password using a phone keyboard. Changing screens during password entry will erase the username and anything you have typed into the password field. With all of this it is just easier to give up and put in a short, easy to remember password which is very concerning.

Amateur hour at its finest. The app is poorly designed Biometrics keeps losing connection. This is very bad usability. They don't even care enough to fix it. If I need to upload a receipt why is my only option to take a photo? Most receipts are in pdf format from an email. Not many people one use physical receipts in 2024. Give the option to upload from your phone file system. Otherwise this app is worthless. An app shouldn't take away features from the main website. Edited
