Has its glitches occasionally but it's been TRASH lately. I use this for work, so I'm not the primary account holder, I'm just 3rd person. It's not my boss's fault this app has been sucking. FIX IT. For the past 2 weeks I can't see sessions that are scheduled. It's just blank, even though the time slot has been filled. It throws off my day, throws off my schedule. Occasionally having bugs is one thing, this issue and especially how long it's lasted, is another. FIX IT.

Updated 12/20/2021 Have not been able to log into mobil app for over a week! Before that sometimes could log in sometimes not. This has been bad for years! But now is completely useless Please fix the booker app!!!! It is making my life at work Very difficult. Wont load most of the time comes back with errors or just keeps spinning. Cant work like this!!! Edited

Always tells me to check my credentials but won't log me in. The website on my pc is fine, sort of, but the app won't let me log in eventhough its the same password and has never changed. Get it right booker. They also call a lot with spam. Multiple times in a row. If you aren't going to give the app 100 percent, im not giving you my time anymore.

This app is glitchy. I need to send a text reminder when the appointment is made and 24 hours in advance. Also reacurring appointments need the option to be able to cancel just that one time without deleting the whole series, and a warning when a client is about to be double booked. A cancellation prompt needs to be added. There is a no show but not a cancellation prompt. The appointment needs to he deleted and makes tracking hard at a glance on calendar. Edited

I hate this app... always buggy. Always kicking me out and reseting the login screen. Now I have to login everything again, account name, user name, and password. Makes it very inconvenient when I client is now waiting for you to log in again. Hopefully, you don't input anything incorrectly or you'll have to start all over. Not even a see password option to make sure you got it right. You would think because they get monthly income from the business they would continue to invest. Greedy Edited
