I tried to get this Cisco Webex Court Hearing over three electronic platforms, our home computer (could not get audio to work at all, but I was in the meeting); my Samsung Tablet (could not get Webex to work at all); finally I tried on my Goggle Phone (I could finally hear audio, however the visual was questionable). These processes took me over 45 minutes to work out. Finally hearing the audio by phone and visual by computer. It was a mess and I was unhappy about this set up. It was a terrible

As I was getting connected to my meeting this app gave me the option to let CTB manage the call. Soon as I clicked for that option, my speaker was switched off. and I had to communicate through my phone ear and mouth pieces. I was not given an option to switch back to my speaker. Something, needed to be done about this!

poor audio, everyone had technical issues. connecting to webinar is VERY DIFFICULT AND CONFUSING. Had there been an alternate choice it would have Made for a better session. Zoom is 1000 times more friendly and hassle free. I suggest developers of this app use a zoom session or sessions to see how the platform can be useful. very poor operating app for any organization let alone a State Court.

Rough, to say the least. Still, my cell was ultimately able to connect to the webinar at about the half way point. I could not establish this with my pc to matter what I tried. The cell/Android app got me in, but the interface could be far more intuitive/user friendly. Some nice features, but one-click access to them would definitely be helpful, especially when one has to switch from the video stream to the concurrently running chat feature (and back again) to fully experience the webinar.

This app worked very well for me. Clear video and sound, and all of the functions (pause video or microphone, etc.) worked well, and right as you selected them. The only issue I had was, when I tried to remove the blurred background, to select "none," it would not apply, I tried multiple times. All of the other backgrounds worked fine as far as I could tell, but I never applied them, I could see them in the preview mode. The only selection that did not work was, "none," (no background).
