this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level. Edited

its basically ads with gameplay as a bonus. i like the game itself. I initially downloaded it to score points for another game and if it werent for all the ads, i would be really into it but Ive spent more time watching ads then playing the game. it is better to play while doing something else, otherwise, you will just sit there watching commercials

I love this game enough to rate it 4 or 5 stars but the gem problems are just too bad. The only way to earn gems fast 4 free is by winning levels, but once starter momentum wears off coin levels are impossible if you don't have enough upgrades or special customers which renders the game unplayable. I feel a level shouldn't be unbeatable with a perfect score when I only have two more upgrades to go on that particular city. And getting the 15-30 gems I need from ads takes potential hours or days.

Hello, every level of every hotel can be completed without making purchases, we are monitoring this and are constantly working on improving the balance of the game! You can also get crystals and coins in daily rewards, in-game events, Bank menu and infinite levels. You will definitely be able to do all the upgrades and complete any hotel.

I enjoyed this game at first, but even when you do everything right to pass the level, it doesn't let you earn enough coins or reviews to pass the level because it wants you to get an upgrade to the food or rooms. to do that, you need enough funds and jewels. you earn plenty of coins but not jewels, you have to buy them so its forcing you to spend money on the game. I'll probably stop playing for this reason even though I enjoy the challenge of the game.

What a joke of a game. Look I understand you have to have some strategy to your game but this is ridiculous. Look I'm on a fixed income and I always can't purchase packages or just something to help. At first I liked the game until you have to keep watching ads just to receive bonuses. Uninstalling game because with my severe headaches I can't take it, too stressful and stress has a negative impact on my head and body (stress literally breaks my bones).
