Used to work but broken now. This app used to work like 5 years ago or so. It was very annoying because it popped up for literally everything connect to my accounts, so I felt like I had to log into every single page I visited. But it did work. Just now I tried to use it to add a new account, and the previous two are there and deactivated, but the app is frozen. I can install and uninstall it, and it will load the home page, but none of the buttons work, and I'm unable to use the app entirely.

One star because of the pop-up error other reviewers have mentioned: "leads to a pop-up warning that one cannot respond without a WiFi or cellular Internet connection. That's ridiculous; I couldn't have received the push without an Internet connection." It is ridiculous. The error compounds when you try to click-in to react to the pop-up and the app kicks you out ot the homescreen.

This is the most ridiculous program ever. i had to reset my phone and it took away the information on this app. So when I tried to reinstall the app and sign on again, it kept sending me to the phone that I just reset. And I have absolutely no way of getting the code, because I can't get past the two factor authentication. i am in tears and incredibly upset, and I have no one to get help from because there's absolutely no customer service anywhere to be had on the app. i expected more from cisco

I'm dead tired of this app's busted interface. When the phone is unlocked, it usually allows a response to a push notification requesting 2FA approval directly from the notification drop-down. In its current state, approving the request thusly leads to a pop-up warning that one cannot respond without a WiFi or cellular Internet connection. That's ridiculous; I couldn't have received the push without an Internet connection. Support is only available for the enterprise customer, not the end users. Edited

I am extremely displeased with this app. At my college it's a requirement to use this program but I recently had issues with it and had to get a "bypass code" and now that stuff is supposed to be "fixed" it only gives me the bypass code option and i cant even use my phone as an option yay. And I'm frustrated and I don't want to keep calling for help when accessing my account.
