just installed this. Open app and tested it looking up a board for nordyne seemed to work ok but limited. Next tested WR Connect just crashes the app altogether! Contractor Rewards doesn't work either. Takes you to some . xyz which is strange seeing how it's WR. This is a problem these companies build these apps think they have it running fire the programmer and never update it! Spend the money to fix this we use these apps if they work correctly!! Saves you time but a bad app only pisses us of

It can never successfully open without crashing. Further to that, it keeps making requests to access my "contacts" information within my phone which seems unacceptable for me as a requirement to look at a thermostat for example.

FYI...Blank screen for me today. I mean completely blank. Just white filling my whole screen. Nothing else. I waited a while in case it was just slow to load, but nothing ever happened. Using Pixel 3 XL & Android 11.

Sucks since the update. Won't even open. Was really helpful before, but now its useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but no change.

The older version was much more user friendly. Tech support was fast but not very helpful
