If you're a service mechanic your going to want to use this app. I've been able to look up other related parts just by scanning the compressor. The only thing lacking is older models are usually missing. I get it but I still run into plenty of old stuff.

Really great app for finding specs of AC and refrigeration compressors. An instructor at a Johnstone supply told us how to use it and it's been a wonderful tool. Specially when the compressor is obsolete and you have to use the cross reference to get the newer model. For me it works really great , thanks for making this app. Edited

Looked up what refrigerant can be used. I forgot to scroll down a little and see not only will it take 404 but r507. After charging it with 404. And it wasn't quite right. I finally looked at the TXV, and it clearly said R507. Blub wasn't in the right spot or insulated. Don't skip steps, or you will pay for it later and feel like a dummy.

Good app...but I believe Copeland should talk to customers directly instead of forcing us to talk to wholesalers. Copeland often deletes older compressors information that we may need... and there is no way to get that information. The older compressor were built much better ... lasted longer and took more abuse because of that I often find them and have no way to get the information.
