While it's good that there's an app for Mediafire, for on the go access to your files. It's missing key features. You aren't able to sort through your files from type, date or by name. There's no option to sort by ascending order or descending. Your not able to upload a file directly from your smartphone to your account. It just crashes and closes the app. When highlighting a file and selecting it, there is no option to see the files details.

Had paid version 1 year . VERY slow to upload/download. Trying to view a video from the app? Forget that. Buffering forever. Next: BEWARE the desktop version has an easy to find "Trash" but the mobile doesn't. At all. If one doesn't know, potentially things could sit in the trash waiting to be discovered by someone else. Although my original review was 4 stars, none of the improvements I or any reviewers suggested have been made. Thumbnails? Single use download link? Nope. Bye bye. Edited

The upload part of this app is a joke!! It's very slow if it even starts. And if it doesn't there's no way to stop it. To clean the uploads to start over you have to clear the cache or delete all the App data(And Literally Start the App Over)... Which is why I use other cloud storage apps instead. I used to be a huge MediaFire fan but not so much these days. Now if you use a actual PC to do the uploading there are way less issues.

I am extremely disappointed with how terrible this app has become. I have been using mediafire for literally almost 10 years now and when I first started using it I very much enjoyed it but it has become so terrible. You can no longer swipe through your photos once you click on one. You have to close the one you're looking at to open a different one and you can't access the options on a photo when it's full screen either. The app always jumps to the top when I click off something as well.

very satisfied with the service especially the App. extremely well designed. very low on space. simple to use without all the bloat ware and useless features of other cloud services. 10gb maybe a bit low when most services give 20gb as standard. however 10gb is still fine for basic use. last update 2023 though. the app works but i think an update with general optimizations for newer OS should be released.
