Overall satisfied and enjoying using the app so far. It would be really great if the abrupt ad pop-ups stopped, or reduced in occurances to the least. A suggestion: including a sugesstion bar which shows the choice medical term of the day will be really impressive. Edited

Currently, this app only asks a ONE-TIME PAYMENT. It's NOT A SUBSCRIPTION. I see nothing wrong with a LIFETIME ACCESS to OFFLINE DICTIONARY, PREMIUM SUPPORT & its AD-FREE so as long as it's a one-time payment. Like come on, it's just like BUYING A BOOK. I'll uninstall if they'd change this to a monthly subscription.

The ads are so awful, there are SO MANY, however the app itself is great. So good that I'm actually considering dropping the $19.99 for the full version. That's not horrible considering it is one time payment and I will be using it often.

Making "all" features online is not a wise move for an educational( also medical) platform from Oxford! And I only say this because of how amazing and helpful it is that I need it all the time.
