I loved this game, have for a long time. But after that huge data update that recently happened, it has become barely playable without crashing ten to fifteen minutes after I start it up. I've invested a lot in this game, and I'm sorry to leave it. Thank you for the fun times. I tried coming back, but it's still unplayable. I can barely go ten minutes in the game without it crashing. And the rewards barely happen. Edited

I cannot give it five stars because it sometimes won't let me access the app because of a security issue, which makes me re-download the app just to do the tutorial and resync my data. It is a stupid process. Why can you not just leave my email linked to my account, or at least make it so I don't have to redo the tutorial? Edit:Security alert thing was fixed, but if it happens again, I still don't want to do the whole tutorial over again. Edited

I was a daily player for a long time, but this game has become hot garbage. It's now very clearly pay to win, constant character banners, holy relics , costumes etc. if you don't get it all on every new character pvp is just a no go. The story once completed isn't updated enough to be worth the download. There used to be a strategy to how you can play, now it's just go first with the brand new character to one shot the enemy team. Crossover events are all the same, playing the events are meh.

I'ma be honest, all the joy of the game is gone. It's not as fun, getting characters isn't as interesting, getting gems is harder, starting a new account after losing my original was a completely different and less pleasant experience. I'm bored, and most of the collabs have honestly just been things that I'm not remotely interested in. I miss the old feeling, the feeling of getting the calamities and actually enjoying building characters. it's lost its spark. Edited

I've played this game for years, and frankly, it's just no longer fun. The gameplay itself is fun and the characters and crossovers are really cool, but once you get to "endgame" content, the grind sucks all the fun out of it. Every single step for character/gear upgrades requires some kind of grinding, and just when you finally start to catch up, they incorporate some new mechanic that basically makes all your progress worthless. The only way to keep with it all is to pay-to-win.
