Sophos rates this as a low reputation app. There are SO MANY open holes in the coding of this app its not funny. The camera and microphone, when used by this app, can record at will. The app can install other apps without permission, the app can delete, rename and encrypt files on the device without warning. The list goes on and on. I will be sending this info to the developers, and I do NOT recommend installing until these issues are fixed.

Hello. First, I assure you and all users that our app is not malware and is not performing any kind of sneaky operations behind the scenes without your permission. That said, we take these reports seriously. We are trying to understand why Sophos flags our app (while other scanners do not) and what we can do to resolve this and regain your trust.

(3/7/23 the new update has fixed this issue.) Everything was working until the most recent Nov 2022 update. Since this update, I have not been able to turn on App notification. Whenever I try to turn it on, it will be briefly shown as turned on with the option "Digest" selected and then turned off automatically soon after. I could no longer receive any instant notifications from teachers and schools. Wonder if the developers can troubleshoot and apply fix in the next update. Edited

I like it to receive information of the different schools that my kids are in. I do not like how it's slow. I get an email 4 days ago from a teacher. What!?! Too late now. It doesn't notify me when I get a message either. It gets very frustrating. I've missed my kids zoom field trips. It's a mess. I've tried to go to settings and maybe it's been pushed accidently for notifications. I camt find it. Anyways, I do like it but hate how I get late messages.

As a companion app it functions, but is limited to texts with teachers, which could be accomplished through many other polished apps. As a companion app, the rating is derived in how well it enables parents to interact with the child's app, which in this case is again limited solely to texts with the teacher. Thus 1 star and unnecessaey app akin to 90s bloatware.

This app would be much more efficient if the kids were actually in school learning. This is not good for virtual learning, which it is being used for. The kids need to be in school! Face to Face! All it does is tell me that the system is down and then gives false information that it is back up when the system is still clearly not working...... Edited
