Overall a solid app but a bit glitchy at times and won't allow me to click into certain sections/tabs. Usually closing and reopening fixes this. The big issue is that PS doesn't allowing parents to CC each other on messages. For example, if a teacher messages my spouse and me, those messages are sent separately and we can't see each others responses. Additionally I can't even add non-teachers (just classroom parents) to messages I send. This makes communicating on parents square ineffective. Edited

I feel the app could make improvements on accessibility and ease of use. When clicking on posts or attachments. It stays loading, and nothing ever pops up. It's frustrating to manage. Any important information gets emailed directly to me, but nothing ever shows on the app. When logged in, I can see my profile and who my child is. But when trying to access posts made from teachers, it shows a child that is not mine and therefore denies me access. I've used class dojo for years with no problems.

Overall, I really like this app. I do wish that when I clicked on one of my kids, it would just go to post regarding that child right away. Instead, I have to close and reopen for this feature to work. I also wish both parents and the teacher could be involved in the same messages together to make communication even better.

This app has been super glitchy lately, rendering it almost unusable. App is up to date, cache cleared, etc & no improvement to performance. Exs: when I click on a post to read, nothing expands OR it will take forever to expand to see full message. When I click on any of my kids' groups, the group-specific posts don't load--what shows up is whatever is in the main school feed. Update 4/25: still horrible app, support no help :( posts also disappear randomly. Edited

This is a really pretty terrible app that doesn't work 90 percent of the time. Messages no longer show up after initially showing up. This is what they call a hot mess or a Dumpster fire. So yeah, it started to work but now it takes 3 minutes to launch. Can't wait to stop having to use this. I tried the latest update to fix the launch issue and no joy. It was unfair of me to call this a Dumpster fire because I have enjoyed Dumpster fires for the warmth and the smell of burning garbage. Edited
