3.5 stars. It's a good idea and I've met some cool people in my area. It's pricy though - I've selected the $ option (as opposed to $$-$$$$) multiple times and pretty much every time they've sent me to expensive places in the $50-$100 for dinner range. I've had to cancel a couple times because the menu is beyond my budget. Why not send us to one of the many affordable taco or sandwich places in the area?

Great concept but man, the implementation on the backend is awful. Even the subscription side is bad. Subscriptions renew automatically without warning. The app often displays an incorrect renewal date. There's no good way in the app to cancel a subscription and it does not direct you to the Play store when appropriate. I submitted a support ticket last week and still have not heard anything a week later. Lesson learned: Pay for subscriptions through the app store and then immediately cancel. Edited

I wasn't given notice of the service no longer being in my area. I was only made aware after getting a text from a friend asking me if I knew. I contacted Timeleft, who claimed they sent me an email but NEVER did. They stated I had to contact Google for my refund. Google said they couldn't issue it. I haven't been able to use the service since it is no longer in my area. I paid for 6 months after initially having a good time. Their customer service is 💩 and there's phone # to speak w/ anyone.

Break bread with strangers! Amazing way to meet people. Conversation is always great. This app (typically) attracts adventurous people who want to get to meet others. The vibe is never judgmental, always welcoming with a genuine curiosity. Tonight, my group connected with one another on Instagram during dinner so we could stay in touch. If you're looking for ways to connect with people but not sure how- This app is your answer.

As a new user, you don't really get any more information in the app compared to what you receive in your email, and can view in your browser. Upon downloading the app, it would be nice to have more capabilities, such as sending a customized message to your group if you are running late. We met on a rainy night, and a few of us were late, but waited to order, based on who RSVPed. If the group left the restaurant, you would have no way of knowing via the app. As far as the concept, it's nice.
