Initially very buggy and user unfriendly. often will not recognize your username or password even if you re-enter it over and over. Then you are subjected to the ordeal of a 2-step verification by receiving a 6-digit code via text or email, then entering it to create a so-called new PW. When you "create" by entering it twice, if you merely enter your old one, that it hadn't recognize after 10 or 15 tries; it miraculously works! Last few months it's gotten better but still has many menu issues.

Not sure why people are complaining because this application running Excellent on my Galaxy A35. Dark THEME would be nice though. Maybe clients think that this is a regular BofA application but it's not. This is for Private Wealth Management clients only and that's why their logins are not working. Application keeps getting better with each update. Thanks. Edited

it won't let me log in and despite putting in the correct password and username it'll bring me back to the login in page.

The app worked fine or me. The big problem was that it takes 220 MB of internal storage, with no ability to transfer to external storage. That was FAR too much space. I'll just use their web site. Uninstalled.
