There are pros and cons to every software . Workiz has many pros , but is it better than Jobber or Housecall pro ? In some ways it is superior but in some ways it still needs improvement. The phone system through the app is hit and miss . if this feature had the kinks smoothed out it would definitely make it stand out . It is a good software none the less . The phone system is almost there but it is the biggest love hate I have with Workiz.

Guys just don't do any updates. It's not yours. After last update I can't see attachment and make a call, your app immediately crushes. You just breaking normally worked app. You are not fixing bugs, you're creating a bugs. P.S. it is impossible to see attachments in messages in correspondence with the client Edited

Most recent update has broken the pay screen entirely. I can enter in card information, but all text seems to be white on a white screen. The calendar update on mobile needs an option to opt out entirely. The original calendar had issues, but I was able to select and open a job from the weekly or the monthly calendar without additional steps or weird glitches. Although, the entire update feels like it was rushed out with no testing at all, and has been out for a week without any sign of change. Edited

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The app is terrible. It's clunky and has a very bloated UI making it hard to find relevant info. A job can have a few lines of notes in it and it will make the text box so short that it requires scrolling through multiple lines to read it and making it easy to miss details. On top of that, it may as well be malware with the way it acts on your phone. You can log out and force stop the application and it will still push notifications through, any day and any time.

Absolute trash. This app has done nothing but waste money and get frustrated. It fails to load even in perfect 5g on a brand new top of the line device. It crashes midway through processing payments. The help team can't figure out anything at all. They forwarded it to the development team months ago and still haven't got an answer. After recieving descriptions. Screenshots, screen recordings, copies of the permissions and more their answer was update the app. Checked and it was already updated.
