I subscribed to Mega for a year from 2 TB storage, but it was a rip-off and a waste of money. I hate this app! When I click on anything in the app, most of the time nothing happens, and it's unresponsive. Whenever it does respond, it's extremely slow both to upload and download. None of my folder syncs ever works. I have to use a third-party app, MegaSync, to upload everthing because Mega's own app never works. Worst cloud storage ever. I'm switching over to Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive. Edited

Won't let me select SD card folders for the camera upload function, and if I try to select the second DCIM folder on my phone for the secondary media upload, it complains that I can't choose the same folder as the primary upload source, but the golder I'm trying to select is a different one that just has the same name. Also only shows internal storage when trying to setup the backup or sync options.

App is great! There are just a few hiccups.. my app no longer shows the circular progress bar for how long a file transfer will take. The layout of the app is a bit hard to navigate. It can be difficult to find the favorites tab within a folder or the app. Even favoriting multiple photos, videos, or files is impossible to do together. It would also be great if the video player could be switched from going right to the next video to instead go left continuously to the next video.

I've been using the mega app forever and for the past few weeks( maybe months ) it's been really difficult to use it . the sync does not work or maybe 1 file at a time even with fast internet . It keep stopping for no reason or the app just crash or freeze . It's really unfortunate, I really appreciate Mega and all the services .

I really like MEGA because of its large free cloud storage and privacy features. It's been very useful for backing up my files and sharing links.But recently, the app always freezes and shows "MEGA isn't responding" every time I open it. It takes too long to load and sometimes crashes completely. I've tried clearing cache, clearing data, and reinstalling the app -but the issue still happens.Please fix this soon. I really want to continue using MEGA. Edited
