I have developed some pretty bad insomnia that has led to the absolute horrible habit of sitting up (and eventually falling asleep with my neck craned forward and into my lap) instead of lying down when I need to sleep. Over the last month or so it has felt "kinked" and then it started popping...it's a nasty sound that just can't be good. I'm hoping this helps restrengthen necessary muscles that have become strained. I'll come back and update my review after finishing the suggested program. Edited

I've only just started and completed 1 session. Excellent! Good instruction and so far it's been free :) and it wasn't disturbed by ads! I have some herniated discs and so it would benefit me greatly if there were specialist exercises for injuries..perhaps this is something i can unlock later? All in all awesome app

Great, short stretch routines to start and do throughout the day. It's nice that they offer personalized plans for a low cost, but I love their free selection. This is the perfect app for me, a lifelong "hunchback" and has given me hope I can finally make a lasting change to my posture.

I thought for first day it was all good. I do hurt but I have arthritis in my lower back were dealing with now. I'm over 65. So all and all I'm satisfied with my first day. Let u know more as I go.I pray it'll help with my posture overall. I do slump also. Curvature of lower spine also.Have neuropathy on top of all this. I'm type 2 diabetic. So I'm there u go. Thank you for a asking

They use a real person as an example and have multiple camera angles for you to make sure you're doing the exercises right. I recommend this app for people who wants to straighten their back.
