I went and signed up and paid the yearly subscription fee, which was fine. My choice. I cannot do anything g on the floor due to a back injury and the plan immediately came up with EVERY SINGLE MOVEMENT a floor exercise! do not sign up for this app! It is clearly not taking into account anything that you put in for the prompts, and information at the beginning prior to taking your money. waste of my time and money. I have done chair yoga previously, I will obviously use the app for the year.

I love this app! I usually don't buy an apps with ads that pop up on social media but this one was unique. The quiz pin points areas you'd like to work on and a personal plan is created for your level. Plus the exercises aren't long, they are short and target the specific areas. I highly recommend it!👍🏼 Edited

I've been using this app for a while now, and I enjoy the exercises. However, with the latest update, I can no longer do any of the other exercises besides the beginner, intermediate, and advance plans at the top without having to subscribe. I would always do the morning yoga and bedtime stretches along with the plan up at the top. I understand running an app is probably not cheap, but at least some of the exercises should be available, and if someone wants more, they can do the subscription.

I just installed this app, and the ads are already so intrusive. These aren't just banner ads, these are full screen spam ads and it is hard to exit or skip them, making it feel like any click I make could be taking me to an external site and spyware. I am going to continue to use and test the free version, but if these ads continue to be so intrusive, I will not be purchasing the premium version. So far the first impression is not good, but I will be happy to edit my review after further use. Edited

App was recently updated to a paywall only model. Free content can no longer be accessed without credit card info and a "free trial" sign up. Disappointing. Edit: The developer response is inaccurate. After a certain point, the app refuses to play workouts without signing up for the 30-day free trial, which requires credit card information. I am not some helpless rube that doesn't know how to use an app. Edited
