Hypernatural used to be the BEST app for creating your own characters and using them in a video. But, today marks the 4th ( FOURTH ) monthly payment they've taken from me without fixing the problem of my not being able to create my own characters! Think $200.00 with nothing to show for it but a lot of frustration! I've tried chatting from within the app. I've sent emails. I've created MORE accounts and paid even MORE money in order to finish projects on time. Do NOT install Hypernatural!!

"I initially liked the app, but the subscription model is disappointing. After paying for a monthly subscription, I quickly ran out of credits—less than a day, even though I was just testing it out. When I requested a refund, they refused, claiming I used all my credits in under two hours. This system feels misleading; a subscription should provide lasting value, not force additional purchases so soon. Beware, customers—don’t make the same mistake I did!"

it's ok. it produces nice images, but the character doesn't always match the situation, it's just kind of there sometimes. the voice reading is awful. it sounds like someone with a mic that has a short in it and the voice is constantly cutting out. it's not consistent with pronouncing words or names like it switches it's accent or reader in the middle of talking. Great idea, but it needs a lot of work.

Solid AI generated video. However I used all of my free credits to animate scenes and they never animate. I tried again but it would use up credits again. Don't know if it's user error but I think having a fail safe for user errors like having the app remember what you use the credits on would vastly improve this app. Still good work though.

The ads were misleading. You cannot bring your already existing pictures to life. However, on it's own, creating videos from scratch seems to be how you need to use this app. It's also good that you get 100 credits to trial run the app, so it doesn't expect a subscription right away to use the app. It's not bad but not as advertised.
