AppQuesta uses a caching mechanism to help ensure that requests and searches execute quickly. This cache needs to be periodically loaded into memory.
As the cache is being loaded into memory, the site's functionality will be limited. For example, searches are not possible until the process is complete; however, App and Dev pages are always viewable.
As it currently exists, the caching mechanism is fairly crude but functional. A more optimal version is in the works.
