It's super hard to get collection pieces & it's even harder to complete rooms because you can get a bunch of chests but still get not one collection item, that SUCKS!!! The developer needs to UPDATE this game to give out more collection pieces so that players can complete more rooms. It takes MONTHS to complete a room & that's just TRASH!! I've been playing this half for years & haven't even completed 10 rooms!! And the rounds usually call the numbers too fast & speed up the round!! FIX IT!!!!!!

One of the better bingo games available on playstore--especially for free game play. There are typically links for free items on their FB page daily which is great, but their other social media platforms haven't been updated in years. I took one star off for occasional connectivity issues, and the cost of in-game items which is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. The in-game energy should be a fraction of the coin price, and the price to buy with real money is just unreasonable. Reasonable prices=more players

I see I'm not the only one where the game is not fitting on the phone screen correctly. Can you solve this Alisa Bingo? You stated back in June 2019 you would fix it. Unable to collect prizes and cannot adjust settings since they are cut off from the screen. Would appreciate help on this issue. I really like the game but there isn't enough players playing . Most of the time there's only 1 through 4 wins per round so it's impossible to win back what you bet or use to play .Plus the game ends almost 20 seconds after playing because there's not enough wins per round and it's ashame because I'm the type of person who likes to purchase items. Fantastic! But for as many years that I have played some awards should be a little more! It would keep people wanting to play more! My game crashed awhile back and I lost all my progress! Including the fact that I had completed every room and lost millions of coins and power ups!
