The graphic art and creativity are obviously good. But I have to give a low review, because I don't believe it's appropriate to name/classify the app this way. As soon as you open it the first time, it gives a disclaimer that it's "just for fun" and not really meant to convey animal vision. And clearly that's correct...there's no way that snakes and insects can make out objects almost perfectly. For those of us who were drawn from intellectual curiosity, and not desire to have fun with fancy pictures like little girls, this is frustrating. It should not be the first app that comes up when this is searched.

Effects that are physically outside my camera's capabilities (like infrared for snakes) are not what makes this app lose points from me. It's the ones that are possible, but are still inaccurate. Personally, I was looking for a "dog vision" camera. If you look at a dog's color vision spectrum, blue is prominent on one end while yellow is prominent on the other. This camera's dog filter is just blue. Yellow doesn't come through at all.

I understand why people find this misleading. I have an accurate cat vision app. This app's cat vision is just a sepia filter. True cat spectrum is mostly neutral to cool tone greys, then viewing blues and yellows as purple and greener yellow. This app has absolutely no color. If you're going to name this Animal Vision, put effort into that aspect. Otherwise, rename the app to "photo filter."

If you go on dog every thing is just bluish gray. It's not accurate. For cats every thing is just yellowish brown. Not accurate. The snake vision isn't accurate. Bird isn't accurate. Turtles, or anything else in the app, isn't accurate I went over every one they are all inaccurate. Do Not recommend. Please fix this if you are going to have this app Edited

Your absolutely correct Eliana πŸ‘. I think I should change the title to something like filter app

Wanted something to see which toys & videos actually stand out for my cat. This one dfinitely does not have cat or dog vision correct based on best scientific data. When people say these animals are "color blind" it doesn't mean you can just slap a sepia or b&w filter over it and call it good. Two stars because the concept is good, but I will be looking for another app/filter that actually uses scientific findings & understanding of what colors our pets see. Edited
