I switched phones and according to their app it will connect to your subscription. Instead, it charged me a 2nd subscription. Customer service wouldn't do anything about it and said I'd have to reach out to Google. Also, I've had a ton of issues with it not locking apps once my kid has reached her limit. It used to, but now it just lets her keep playing. I'm disappointed because it was so great in the beginning. I'll be keeping an eye out for a new option.

App kept on losing location several times a day and had extremely inconvenient instructions to regain location. No good customer service, no email address nor phone number to call. Every time I asked for a live agent in the chat it says none were available. This app has not followed up with me since I canceled the subscription not even a month after using it. I want to request a refund but cannot get in touch with anyone to be able to do so. THIS APP HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️‼️ Edited

In my opinion, thievery. Never worked properly. the play time was consistently exceeded, and the app disappeared of my child phone after 3 weeks. I complained 3 time thru the app and again thru e-mail. No response. I contacted Google Play for a refund and was denied because the app did not meet their criteria. I've lost money for this year, and I'm not sure I can stop the renewal for next year. Don't waste your money!

great at first, after about 3 days it stopped locking my kids phone. it let him go past all the limits I set, if I set an app limit on a game it did not count towards the total limit. and even when I started have issues and tried the troubleshooting, it didn't help at all, customer service was an AI, that I couldn't even type a question to I only had prechosen questions and answers to choose from. cancelled my subscription and won't even get a refund even though I paid for a year and used a week

False advertising This is a really poor app. Basically the app is an expensive location tracker and has none of the advertised features. Setting up is the easy part however you're promoted immediately for payment. For some reason you set the screen time on the child's phone and not the parent app which defeats the object of the parent app and the only features the app has is to lock all downloaded apps and see location.
