Great app! It runs the way it's supposed to and is simple to set up. I am wondering if there's a way to download videos, as I haven't found that option. There seems to be an upload option, but I'm not sure where that is stored or how to access it. I think more instructions (or maybe easier to find instructions) for handling videos would be useful.

I recently used Surveillance Camera Visory and I am very impressed. The app was intuitive and easy to use, and the features it provided were comprehensive and effective. The images and videos it produced were of high quality and provided me with the information I needed. I was also impressed by the customer service I received when I had a question. at first it was good so I bought a year's subscription now randomly it unlinks & disconnects & I have to get logged back in and reconnect to the other phone only to find out that there's no video clips because they were deleted when it got unlinked and everything. not so much in the reliable dept My biggest issue is I'm trying to get a hold of support because every time I try to login it says that that account is being used and I can't seem to send an email asking for help.
