Customizable calisthenics app to your goals and skill level. Or simply follow a program of your choice towards the goals you have. Exactly what I've been looking for to stay motivated and easily change progressions as I advance. Also, very informative of each exercises to start your journey with correct form. What more could you ask for? 👍 Edited

I've only been using this app for two or so weeks, but so far I'm impressed. I can actually already see progress in my pullups and handstands! The pricing is good and the app is really easy to use, and has a ton of content. Good work Sondre Berg. I've always wanted to do crazy calisthenics stuff and I'm hoping your app will help me realize that dream. I also love that you incorporate so much stretching into the workouts.

I love the new set tracking function. It's much easier to keep track of progression. I wish the optional notes section on each exercise would allow for more characters. I like to leave detailed notes and cues to help guide future workouts.

What is the idea of creating a free app on the store while the most basic exercise someone would be looking for like the handstand requires a subscription ?

a couple of weeks using it and I can definitely see the value. there's a lot of content, the descriptions are usually good and there are definitely plenty of progressions. occasionally the descriptions are a bit confusing and some videos are mixed between exercises, some workout times not accurate, but overall would recommend if you're looking for more structured work outs. I'll be sticking to it for a while for sure !
