Great newspaper, but the app leaves something to be desired. The search function is really bad, with me usually going to Google to search for a specific article instead. Also the icon on my Google Pixel 3A (with round icons) is very ugly. Instead of just the V in a round box, it inputs the regular square logo into the round box, making it stand out negatively. Something minor which is not applicable to everyone, but still a negative point.

this app always worked flawless, until a few weeks ago. I received messages about using the app on more than three devices and had to change my password in order to get access again. this password change turned into an endless loop of requests and denials. I now consider to cancel my subscription. Edited

Sign up process is a nightmare.. I enjoyed both the content as well as the app so decided to sign up. Brace yourself for this proces. After many attempts and back and forth communication with customer service we were unable to get access. After two weeks i gave up and asked to cancel my subscription. To bad really wanted to become a subscriber.

Always when I try to open a news push- notification, the app opens, but fails to load content. I just see a white screen, and the cursor spinning round forever. I need to actively stop and restart the app to see any content. But never via the notification. Pretty annoying.

This app worked great on my previous phone (Huawei p20 pro), but on my new phone (Samsung galaxy s20 fe) the app keeps crashing while scrolling through live blogs. Haven't noticed this behavior in regular articles, just the liveblogs. App is updated to the latest version, and so is my phone. Hopefully this will be fixed soon!
