This is a good game for what it is. however, it is hindered by an overwhelming amount of bugs. saving at "bonefires" likes to freeze the game, and sometimes items glitch out. the list is too long. the combat suffers greatly, especially when you have to fight the same things over and over again for no apparent reason. Good luck with that. I can't recommend it just for the story. 2 stars for the fact it did have a story. albeit a weak one. Edited

Amazing game! You can tell a lot of love, sweat, and tears went into making this. Very charming and polished! The one issue I have is with the on screen controls. The layout is not ideal for me. For example the diamond button is too far to the right. And the virtual joystick is fixed position. They do recommend a controller and I imagine it plays great with one. Maybe add a way to customize the layout? But this is a 5* game all the way! Try it out!

I bought this game originally on a moto g play and it wouldn't play but the devs did email me and told me the specs needed to play the game. I've now switched to a celero 2.0 and it plays perfect. The game itself is amazing. Love the vibe, story, graphics, but I wish it was more mobile friendly. I'm not a controller player, so I feel a disadvantage without it. And there should be an easier way to save the game. Edited

There is sooo much potential and there are just a few tweaks that would make this game close to perfect. It reminds me of Children of Morta mixed with Dark Souls. And I love that. But combat on mobile devices is too clunky. The fact that the buttons are so small, and I couldn't adjust that in the settings broke me. I beat the first boss. And parrying is such a hit or miss thing. Even the prologue instructions were for controller layouts. Clearly mobile was an afterthought...

I've just finished my first playthrough and let me tell you... I think I just about made every wrong choice possible lmao a great game. Engaging story, decent moveset, and fluidity. Sometimes there is a glitch or two (using the hammer sometimes makes enemies glitch into the wall and disappear, causing me to have to backtrack and reset the fight. Also I phased through a gate by using the Evade) but overall, fantastic.
