Creating the account is tedious. Asking too many PIIs. Error indicators are generic, not attached to a field. The app needs more transparency about what they do with the personnal information of the users. For example: - Profession is mandatory where it should not Building is a mandatory field where it should not - Registration error is too generic: "cannot refer yourself" without an indication of where the error is and doesn't say why. Usage of your information is not explicit enough.

creating an account is a little tedious, but believe me, the rates are the best across all the platforms I have tried. Also, once your account is validated, the rest becomes a smooth process.

I am very satisfied with this app. You pay a yearly subscription and you send money using phone. I haven't encountered any problems yet with this app. Have been using it for 2years now.

No complaints. This guys are doing great. Very good quality of service. I hope they will keep improving or at least , maintain the actual level which for now is satisfying .
