The desktop app has limited features (no search function, no text format) and I often experience difficulties logging in on the desktop app. Several people I know lost access to their account, loosing access to their messages. So far didn't find a practical way of bulk saving contacts. For me it has impacted negatively the communication in the company.

Failing to update on all my devices. Reinstalled on one device but there is no chance to reset password since I don't remember it anymore. I know, contact your company, except I was the one who ordered this in the firstplace and can't find emails for that. It was just for testing. I guess test is over for good. Not suitable for work with these issues.

Security is something you first need to understand. App does what it should do in a secure manner. Its the admin (in your organization) who needs to understand the setup and how to manage, most of all to explain users they are getting a new identity. Then a bit of thinking on user side, then this does exactly what you need. Having an ID instead of a linked phone number is first a little tricky to understand but again there's a reason. Haven't yet worked through all features :-) Edited

Bad and incoherent experience. App just randomly crashes and feels unfluid to an extreme level. Even a vodoo ripoff game runs smoother. Licenses are also to expensive and absolutely not worth it. Yes, it is technically "more secure", but if I PAY for an App I want to have a good experience. I absolutely don't recommend this disaster of an app. Edit: Nothing is fixed, got even worse. Edited

Missing group calls!!! Otherwise works well in 80% of cases. In the rest, the call keeps initializing, or the recipient tries to answer in vain. Need to call again and hope it'll work. Usually it does, on the second try.
