As a driver, I actually like the app. The offers are not as often as one would like, but they do arrive. A map with pickup and drop-off info is great and they do include detailed info and picture when available. Pay varies of course, but its nice to have direct payouts to bank out. Driver support is on the slow side, but at least it's there. Background check $40 fee and offer cancellation fees for X reason sucks.

Was my 1st time using this app... was a little apprehensive as to how easy/well this would work. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed! I had a really great experience! Was super easy to setup, driver and helper super professional and easy to work with despite moving up the time of the pickup/drop off (had a dryer). I would highly recommend and use this app (and my driver/helper) again! Thanks GoShare!

Im general the service is a very good one. However, you have to take care of the communication between driver and helper. In my case the helper was late so I had to help loading the van although I had paid for the helper. Also the helper argued with me that I had not mentioned that some items needs to go up the stairs in my home which I definitely did. It looks like all tye information including the optional text does not show up in their App. So, there is some room for improvement.

Got an email saying GoShare was expanding services to include 4 additional services, labor only for moving furniture, etc around. I was very happy to hear this because I am Disabled & need help moving some pieces around. I already have the App installed & there is NO Option to pick Labor Only. It still only has 1st and 2nd location addresses, and if I try to download the App it won't because it's already on my phone. So this App doesn't have the new "Labor Only" functions. Very Disappointed! Edited

After you enter the addresses and the items you need moved then you can select the Labor Only option. If you’re moving items at the same address then enter the same address for pickup and drop off. You can also do this on our website if for some reason your app isn’t working. If you need additional help visit www.GoShare.co/contact-us

Attempted to schedule a pick up. Luckily I was able to cancel however it charged me a price that was not quoted. I also tried to reach out to customer support during their scheduled times but kept saying they were offline but it doesnt specify if they are closed during the weekend. This review may change if I attempt to rebook UPDATE AMAZING! Once i spoke with someone amazing customer service. Mover was great. Will def recommend Edited
