Omg I did not enjoy this game. I will see the balance of ads is perfect to me. The frustration came in with having to repeat levels over and over again to move forward. It is an extremely grindy game with no new challenges as levels go on. It's also feels so laggy, it feels like it doesn't accept my touch input all the time which can cost you a level. I am done with the game. If just feels extremely pay to win and I'm not interested in those types of games.

I absolutely love this game, there are some minor glitches and I would give more stars, however... there are no new levels after 835 so far and the beach house is still under construction on all but two rooms, I have 1,201 stars ready for a the new rooms that are still yet to open, no new levels. Also after a certain point rather then 3 levels per each level its just one level, you dont make enough cash to fully upgrade spas. Money doesnt roll over per "Land" as well which is sad. Edited

Having so many glitches with the game. Was not able to get into game last night. Tonight no way to mKe a purchase. Just says "Loading". No way to contact support through the app. I am requesting a full refund for ALL the money I have spent. No technical support. I just reloaded the game. Starting over. I hate the money spent and time wasted. The problem is, it is a fun, cute game. BUT DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON IT! Don't buy the assists. No gems. It may disappear again and you are out of pocke Edited

Ad-free option is not actually ad-free! All other games that I have played make the games fully ad-free upon purchase of the option, including extra reward ads. This game's ad-free only eliminates the interstitial ads, NOT the extra reward ads or any other ads. The game at no point explicitly states that the permanent ad-free option only covers 1 type of ads. I feel 100% deceived.

The game is really smooth and nice! A typical time management game! However, I do have a few complaints. You can't switch decorations around your house unless you are buying a new one, it feels like a waste to have players spend 225 gems to unlock an assistant only for them to no longer be useable after 20-30 levels, and I was forced into inviting the Big Don VIP guest when I didn't want to.
