Had a good experience building my profile the first day. Filled out multiple prompts, uploaded profile pictures, and set preferences. The following day comes around, and surprise, my account was removed for violating the TOS without further explanation. I have no clue what triggered the removal of my account. Photos are absolutely compliant and appropriate. Answers to the prompts were far a TOS violation, and to top it off, I hadn't messaged anyone yet. Terrible app as of now

This app has some interesting ideas like voice questions. I don't like that it forces you into certain prompts. One issue I've had is that the app likes to freeze when I go back and try to select something again that I've already selected before (like changing my mind about a setting or listening to a voice question a second time because I was somewhere I couldn't listen at full volume). I have to entirely restart the app every time this happens. I hope they can fix this bug.

My experience on this app thus far has been mediocre, not too bad or good, but my main issue is the fact that they just changed how the standouts feature works without saying anything. You used to be able to browse standouts at your leisure, but now you get one look at the list and then can't see them anymore. I just casually looked through my list without sending any likes or roses and was abruptly told that I have to wait 14 more hours to see standouts again.

Gimmicky app. It has a feature that will notify you of someone you most likely match well with; issue is I didn't get halfway through completing my new account when it claims I matched well with someone. I think the app was saying matches are 8x more likely to work. The lady I matched with was respectfully not the kind of woman I was into. Another feature issue is that there is no option to avoid people with dogs, If I'm allergic to dogs for example. Edited

I tried 40 times to update a certain section of my profile but the old text kept reappearing and when I contacted technical support they gave me a really aggravating runaround via email asking for information that I had already provided at least twice in earlier emails. No phone number, no real attempt to communicate with me. Just boilerplate repeated tech support questions I'd already answered. Paid for X subscription and got terrible support and still rose jail for the best matches. BEWARE! Edited
