I love this Game, but... this is a 5 star game with a P2W high rank system. Before you get to the higher levels 8+ the fights were balanced, matching fairly balanced. You win some and lose some. BUT... I changed to a 2 star because once you hit level 8... F2P becomes a waste of time losing making hardly any energon to level up, and you either pump money or lose a lot, can hardly finish 1-3 quests a day, get your daily free, and hope you play another in your shoes. I have played transformers earth wars for over 8 years and never thought I could get interested in another game period and another transformers game. that's my favorite part and a completely different concept.. I want to be here from the beginning a grow my account with the game, I understand games are always a work in progress. my only real problems I've had with the game that stopped my from giving a 5* is: during peak times early evenings the server will crash sometimes repeatedly. The balancing is terrible and it's VERY pay to win. Of course. Getting matched up against opponents higher levels than me, with higher tower health, higher level units, it's a bloodbath when it happens. Letting people buy the more powerful units with real money quick is also super awful when it's ONLY PVP. if you have money you'll love it. If not prepare to get steamrolled once you hit the jungle area.

Fun game, wish more characters could transform. It's kinda disappointing that so few characters have alt modes. Was really expecting Grimlock to be able to transform. Otherwise, it's pretty fun if slightly repetitive game. having alt modes would add to the versatility of the rounds. make it feel more tactical and interesting.

Fun when it works but matches crash probably 30% of the time, either right in the middle or right when you win, robbing you of rewards. I've got all the settings as low as they get and I've never had any issues like this with hundreds of other games. Disappointment I spent even 99 cents on this because I'm gonna end up uninstalling within 24 hours. Maybe I'll try again in the future if it gets optimized better, but for now it's too frustrating.
