I LOVE this game so much! I used to play it on my old phone but there is one MAJOR problem. The customization is all messed up! I can't change the face at the beginning without it being just a white screen with an outline. Also when I try to put on an outfit or accessory it doesnt let me!! And the Characters hair color changes while I'm talking to them, they all have the same face! I've tried downloading it on 3 phones and they all have this problem. I will change to 5 stars once fixed.

I really enjoyed this game but I find the pop ups a bit repetitive. Maybe we should have more options with them? or the answer shouldnt always be no. I wish we could hang out with friends outside of school. Besides the suggested improvements, Ive encountered a very annoying and frustrating bug, Everytime I try to save and exit the game, it doesnt save. I come back later in hopes of continuing where I left of, instead Im reset to the first day on season 1 regardless how far I've made it. Pls fix Edited

While I do enjoy the game, it is very glitchy and has lots of bugs. For example, how is transportation supposed to work? It seems like my avatar is still walking the same speed. Also, sometimes dialouge is cut off in the middle of a sentence as if there is supposed to be a way to scroll, but you can't. Other than that, entertaining but hopefully it'll be updated soon.

I really like this game so far, I think it's really useful for kids & teens. I love the little reminders to take a break/the screentime limit. The only issue I have is that the "help a citizen" alerts come on too frequently (to the point where they make my tasks take longer to complete) and they get a bit irritating.

So far, I quite like this game. It's a nice economic life sim l. Minus one star for no options to remove help a neighbor pop-ups or to review tutorial tips. I'm fairly sure the tutorial showed me how to check my mood effects, but I can't remember how, and can't find any info online about it either. Without a new game option I have no idea how to re-learn this control. It would also be nice to be able to check stats, so I'd know if I need to keep studying, working out or practicing for soccer.
