this app can be great at times. Otherwise, you're looking at glitches during game play (freezing/skipping the hand) or the app closing on you entirely. I would give it 3 stars but they have no customer service at all. I've tried the contact us twice and radio silence. I currently have a year subscription that expires in August and the app is acting like that is not the case even though when I go to sign up Google play tells me I have a subscription. Avoid this app, avoid the headache.

I think it's a great app with a lot of potential, I think some of the other reviews are harsh, but the problems are very much so present. I think the subscription is kinda dumb, I think customization should just be a form of reward for playing your game. Like the back of the cards and chips are. Also punishment for folding with ads.. why? And I think it being a ranked matchmaking would be great, so I could go against players at the same level as me, rather than go against garbage players. I honestly believe this game deserves a solid four stars. Definitely not five, I could tell that it was buggy just trying to create an account. However, once you learn the more major bugs (very few of which affect gameplay) then you will soon begin to realize the potential of it. I don't even like poker and I enjoy this! It's just so easy.

Just paid for one month so I could play with 5 other friends. Worked decent enough initially, but after about a half hour of playing, just about every player glitched out one by one so that it was unplayable. Basically what happened was you could see your hand, but when you went to check or bet it would glitch out every time, making you fold automatically. After a while, the table itself kept freezing so that no one could see the cards being played. Love the idea, but needs a lot of work still.

So greedy. This is a really great interface and easy to set up a game with friends. I subscribed to a year long membership so that I could play with friends. But then I found out every single person playing also has to subscribe if they want to be able to buy in again. Feels like such a greedy tactic. Cancelled and uninstalled. As an app developer myself I completely understand the need to make money. Which is why I was more than happy to subscribe. But as I mentioned no one else can buy in again unless they have subscribed. How can you have a friendly poker night with friends without allowing them to re-buy? Your call but I'd suggest changing the business model so that if the host has purchased a membership, you shouldn't lock out features for everyone else at the table. Otherwise it just feels greedy to make everyone have to pay. Edited
