Hello Jesse! Of course you can buy skins for your nigiri, and you can also get some for free. There’s a skin pack available in the Bank, some skins can be unlocked through the weekly missions (they give random and really cool rewards), and you can even get 3 skins with your Forcel Account: one for signing in, rest by signing in our other games.
