Great reference app for drawing. I had been looking at posable skeletons but this app seems to be more anatomically accurate than some of the cheaper plastic figures. I like that you can change angles, background, and lighting. There is slight room for improvement with the range of motion but I'm still very happy with what is available.

It's pretty bareBONES. It's simple enough to use, but I wish there was more to the app. It doesn't feel suitable on small devices because of the field-of-view or lens distortion around the edges. If you try to get a close up view, then you'll get a fisheye effect that may throw you off. Since I am using a phone, I need to zoom in at times, so this problem is an annoyance. As others have noted, you can't articulate the fingers, toes, and jaw, so this app is not useful at all in those areas.

For the amount paid it's disappointing how little articulation there is. Only one joint in the spine, no movement in the hands or feet where people might have the most trouble. No jaw. JOINTS ARE DIFFICULT TO SELECT AND MOVE. Light source is vague. Would be nice to select a background or add a second figure. This is okay software when I'm on the go, I guess.

The biggest flaw is the static hands. It would be beneficial to have at least a closed hand. I'm not sure why so many reviews focus on the price. The price is on point with the smallest cheapest wood mannequin that you'd find in an art supply store. The ribs and the forearms set this app apart from others. Like in the Proko videos, the forearm bones twist like they would in real life, and the ribs stretch to match the position. If you know the anatomy of muscles you won't need anything else.

I'm a digital artist and I got this app specifically for the custom pose feature. I will say that the anatomy & clarity are good. And the pose library is decent. However, controls for posing Skelly yourself are in need of some upgrading. 1st off there is no lock function. You should be able to lock joints or the whole pose. And its hard to take a screen shot when you swipe & the whole pose moves. 2nd, the motion spheres are difficult to move and keep locking onto other joints. Not impressed.
