Not working after only 1 day. It won't let me log in, and I'm not sure who to reach out to. Update: I reached out several times through email, followed all instructions, and it still won't work. Another update: I got banned but have no idea why. They sent a link to the terms and conditions, but I didn't violate any of those things. Good luck navigating, to everyone else. Edited

EDIT - Problems. I've sent lots of Super Likes and haven't matched with one of them. They don't make matching easier. The block function doesn't work. When you swipe left on someone or BLOCK THEM completely they still show up in your swipe list. Location preferences don't work. WORST THING, your likes can be deceiving. People who swipe on you for friendship can still show up in the same list of people who like you for dating. Can't opt-out of Social Swiping even when you don't use it! Edited

App hasn't been updating to give you what you're paying for and I paid for the premium membership. I have to pay for Super Likes and boost even with that package. I sent several emails for at least two weeks only to get the same automated message from the AI. And to add insult to poor service they took payment for a week I received no features and they are still requesting payment lol

Unable to get started. I've attempted three times to make a profile and every single time I do I'm asked to input my phone number and I never receive a text message to continue the code. Off of first impressions, this app does not seem up to date or running properly if someone isn't even able to make a profile. 0/10 and will never recommend to anyone in my community

Photo verification issue resolved. This may potentially apply to you if you're having issues like me verifying. 1) take first photo 2) move cam closer and take 2nd photo. Even when app prompts that 2nd photo is taken and loading, still hold the camera in the exact position. It will switch to a loading screen and say 2nd photo is taken, but it's not actually until the end of that loading screen that the app actually snaps your 2nd photo. Edited
