There's good and bad but compared to other resell sites, GOAT would be smarter to go with. The main thing I like about them is that I trust the authenticity of the sneakers when I buy. I've purchased a few and always do multiple authenticity checks from different platforms and they always pass. Customer Service can be hit or miss but for most part, I feel like they'll step up when needed to. I would give them 4 stars but the app crashes or malfunctions too much.

I like the app. someone tried to send me fake shoes and it didn't pass their inspection. they notified me and gave me a refund. Next, a pair of shoes I purchased as a gift had damage and they were suppose to be brand new. Goat contacted me immediately then gave me a refund. Unfortunately, after all these years.. The Search button doesn't work anymore.. might be a glitch. but I have un-installed and re-installed and the problem hasn't changed. update is included.. need someone to look into it!

Goat has a wide variety of Jordan's that I Like . I like the different colors they have. The app is a little complicated at first compared to other shoe apps. I do appreciate Goat making sure the new shoes purchased are authentic and clean. I would like the app to be easier to track my shipments. Starting to get used to the app and trying to accomplish ordering multiple items on one order. If you could help with ordering, that would help, Thanks.

LISTING ISSUES. When I tell you it's not even worth TRYING to sell your shoes on here Every time I submit a sneaker I receive an email stating there's an issue with my pictures. This is with EVERY SHOE SUBMISSION. And it's never only once, nah this happens at least 10 times before it accepts the submission! I purchased a light box to take professional pics and it doesn't accept those pics either! It must be an Android bug issue. Sometimes their tag numbers don't match the correct shoes either.

Goat has gone way downhill. The app is just still clunky like it's always been. I hate the interface of it when it comes to adding things to your "want list" it just doesn't work at all for me most of the time. When you have an offer and people change the asking price it doesn't notify me. There's just so many small problems with the app that make it kinda suck. I wish it was more like stock x. Stock X has always had the best interface and notifications it just sucks they pass fakes.
