Horrible App, not compatible apparently on anything android. Keeps saying it's not able to reach server. Sadly, I bought into the cheaper 6 month subscription and now I'm out that money. *Edit to add, I emailed the company and they handled my situation quickly and very professional. My advice is to do the 7 day trial and make sure it works properly on all your devices!! Edited

Great, when it works....but rarely works My kiddo loves to play this game and will work hard for hours. I love that shes learning but, this game freezes so much...takes forever to load or randomly cuts off and closes down her tablet. For the past 3 days it won't even open! It says there is an error and to send off a report...which I've done multiple times with no resolution. I paid for an entire year and if this is all that I'm going to get for it, I'm beyond frustrated.

I really, really wanted this to work but it doesn't. Freezes up constantly, lag time loading is HORRIBLE, and lastly- is not compatible with most new/current tablets. Overall great concept and the few times it worked, the kids loved it. When it crashes, it crashes hard and typically requires a hardboot to get the computer (Chromebook) back running.

Overall it's a great game. But it's always loading or freezing up. Also with the new intellipet adventures you can never leave and even when you don't want to it automatically makes you train a pet which is horrible if you don't want to. And yes you can try running away but the minute you get out they are right next to you so you go back in. Please fix this!

Overall a good game. Keeps my 7 year old busy. I read in a lot of other reviews that the app keeps crashing and glitching which is absolutely true and frustrating. It's the reason why I gave it only 3 stars. If you're lucky it works for a while and then suddenly it freezes up on you and takes forever to re-load. Speaking of which.. if you try going to another "area" it takes FOREVER to load. For a game you pay for this shouldn't be happening. Edited
