Do not open app unless on wifi. I had to clear the cache which caused me to log in again. After logging in, not doing anything else, I get an alert that i have a spike in data usage. 190mb just to log in and load the app! Ridiculous! The app is good for editing but not much else. But just cost me $2 on my bill just to log in. Get rid of all the bloat or make an option to not load previews/videos/ads unless on wifi! And don't download firmware updates unless on wifi! Edited

you broke the app in the update. it's now sluggish and lags. constant crashes that have never happened before. freezes phone now, s24 ultra, never did that before. Basically, you broke what wasn't broken. added an extra step before you can edit a video. It's not a big deal, just low-key stupid and slightly annoying. Anyway, 1 star until I stop crashing.✌️

This app is buggy and crashes often. it disconnects at seemingly random operations. It's the only thing available that I know of for the insta 360. It is basically confused as to whether or not its job is to control the camera, a social media platform, or upsell you more stuff. I think I think upselling 360 accessories won. camera and image management lost. Edited

Really neat and frustrating at the same time. Editing videos and photos is easy enough, but silly annoyances like the filenames and creation dates being changed to when you edit the file instead of when the video was created drives me bonkers. And for some unknown reason the files are saved into your phones camera folder with the wrong date and time...

I purchased this camera 2 days ago. When I went to install the app I noticed the low review score it had. looked at some of them a noticed people complaining about crashes and bugs. I thought to myself "is it really that bad", and I discovered that yes, yes it is that bad. The app is garbage. I was expecting to have fun with my new toy and instead have to deal with frustration. I'd edit my clip to my liking, go to export, have it crash, and then have to start over multiple times. Terrible
