Navigation through this antiquated site is next to impossible. I hesitate to complain, because I am not equipped to update and upgrade the site. Clicking on ARBA Store just to be able to access the "Member Resources" and other pertinent pages is like a secret passageway. News needs to be current. Notifications, when accessed, need to direct us to the information we're being notified about. I got a notification that began: "The deadline for..." but I never could find whatever the message was.

8/12/20 I've been a member for years and have been super excited for this app. I've needed a digital copy of the domestic rabbit magazines. I really would like to like this app but with the errors that I have been having lately I simply can't. Update 1/30/23 (shocker still broken) Upon registering for an account AGAIN. I received the verification email, but it brings me to a dead link even when I copy and paste into my browser as stated. Customer support is no help either. Edited

Once the screen pops up for members to enroll it will not let me click on any feilds and then disapears. Tried contacting someone at ARBA directly and got a response of directions on how to fill it out. Thanks for no resolution. Not able to access anything that the General Public can't access. I am deleting the wasted memory space of your app on my phone.

6/23 UPDATE Still can't get the app to work Not a user friendly app. I have tried so many times to get into the app that it has never worked for me. There is no way to check to see what your user name is. I tried 1 of 4 user names, I've changed my password multiple times with no avail. I've tried creating a new account with no avail. I have completely given up on this app. Like many of the reviews, I have been a member for over 20 years. I am tech savvy, but this app is just not easy to access. Edited

Site needs work... I figured the app would be more user-friendly, it's not. The site itself isn't made for cell phones, which is a bummer because I never use my laptop. Aside from that, I can't login from the home screen, it always says my login info is incorrect, so I have to bypass that by going into the Shop icon and logging in from the next screen. I wish someone would make this site mobile-friendly and fix the Member Login from the homescreen.
