First, the customer service for this app is absolutely 1st class! any questions day or night are answered quickly and professionally. We ran a fantastic event using this App. raising $100k from a silent and live auction. The system just works. Easy to setup with auction items and for users to find and download. Easy reporting after the event ensuring all items are collected and paid for. Klaus, we want to thank you specifically for your amazing service. Worth EVERY $!

App is set up well but doesn't handle capacity very well. Last 3 hours of auction had nothing but issues

Seemed to work well till ending. Upon winning could not find ability to pay or learn how to get item. Pay page said to "push button below to pay" but there is no button.

We appreciate your feedback. Payment and Pickup is not managed by Bid Beacon directly. The Auction runner must configure in-app payment if they wish to collect payment through Bid Beacon. We will look into the confusing messaging.
