I would give 0 if it would let me. It crashes as soon as I try to open it. Then I keep getting a message saying the app has a bug. Next it said the app needs updated by the developer. Obviously they don't seem to care because every review says that it crashes right away so why not fix it!!

This app is garbage! Installed on 2 different phones (Pixel 7XL and Pixel 4XL)to verify that the error was still present. It opens, I login to the account I had to create, it launches my camera and says to point it at Arly content. I point it at the GameDay ticket and it does nothing. There are no other options to try out. I selected settings and it says launch AR and it returns to the previous window. If I could rate this as a negative number I would for the 15 minutes of my life that I wasted!

App keep crashing. Bought a commemorative ticket and have never had access to the contents. Very frustrating and feel like it's a marketing scam. It's been nearly 4 months since purchasing it. it has never worked.

I've purchased 2 items now that REQUIRE the eventshop app.....and I can't even get the app to open!! Why am I spending extra on these products when the main feature won't even work. I guess I learned my lesson and won't be spending any more money at eventshop. Edited

Was looking forward to using this app to show my son the experience from the NBA Finals ticket that was ordered for Christmas. All immediately crashes upon opening. Hopefully it's addressed, but past reviews aren't making me feel great. Will happily update my review of this if addressed.
