Great upgrade from the last Carcassonne app. Though I wasn't too fond of having to pay for it again, this Carcassonne app has a much smarter AI and the online matchmaking works great. I look forward to seeing more expansions released in the future! Edit - Yup, like all good things these days, this no longer works on new phones. Very sad. Edited

The programming on this app needs so much work. The app often crashes mid-game and when that happens the game disappears forever. Same if you leave the app screen to text. The game simply disappears. Also, I've had about 10 false "ongoing games" listed that are obviously programming errors. There's no way to remove them. If they fix this nonsense, I'd be happy to rate it higher. Edited

This app used to be AWESOME on my old OnePlus 6T. I played it SO many hours! With the bad ratings and no updates since 2021, I was pretty worried about getting a new phone. My worst fears came true. It just freezes up all the time on my new Galaxy Z-Fold 6. NO GOOD!! love the board game and REALLY enjoyed this app for several years. Unfortunately, it appears that ship has sailed. I might have to buy a new old phone just so I can have a way to play this AWESOME game still! Edited

This is a great game with some silly UI issues that should have been easy for the developers to fix a long time ago. This game has been out for ages, so I'm not holding my breath for an update. Also, the ridiculous pricing on expansions is a bummer. Also, the tutorial is laughable, but this is easy to work around with a web search for the game rules. Of course, with a little more thought about game design from the developer and this wouldn't be necessary for a user who just paid 5 bucks. Edited

Amazing game, won't run on new phone. Perhaps it's just a tech issue on my end, however it ran on my prior phone (2021 OnePlus) without issue. Now it continually crashes in the boot up. I've reinstalled it several times. It's difficult to give it an accurate star rating, as on my old phone it ran perfectly, without issue, I spent many, many hours into it.
