I LOVE CIV VI. I've spent a lot of money to play this on PC and Mobile. Come to find out I need a connection to play what should be an offline game, and it crashes every so often, and auto saves don't work always. Whatever, all that I can deal. What I can't deal with is how I go to play and it tells me I can play 60 turns or buy the game. I ALREADY BOUGHT THIS GAME. The “restore purchases” button doesn't do anything. I know whatever “fix” I might get, will likely wipe my game saves. I'm Irate

I love civilization and strat games are awesome for long flights, which is why I got this game. When you don't have an internet connection you cannot play the game. There is an authentication system built into the launcher that won't let you open the game THAT YOU PAID FOR, without being able to verify it is a legitimate copy. Every time you launch the game. I have found myself on 4+ hour flights unable to play the game without paying for WiFi just so that I can launch the game. Infuriating.

Eceryone is talking about the glitch where there is an infinite loop for signing in and the into happening over and over again. There is a way around it. Tap outside the sign in box to where you don't sign in, because you have already signed in. This will allow you to open up the main menu and play the game. dropped to 3 star I ran into a yellow page glitch, where after a game your screen will become a yellow screen. To which the game will have to be restarted, thus resetting the first glitch. Edited

was a favorite game of all time. recently past 2 months. get an error message when opening game. "app cannot proceed and unexpected error has occurred please try restarting the game" msg is on the game side. not operating system. had no issues in about 5 years prior to this. Uninstalled, redownloaded . same error. R.I.P to a good game. can no longer play .

Can't play at all. Just keeps repeating account selection then resetting. The one time I did get through to the user agreement it wouldn't let me select the agree to all button. I opened and scrolled to the bottom of each agreement. Still didn't work. Guess I'm stuck only playing on switch/PC 😔
